1. How Fees Are Determined
Fees are based on the size of the request, the number of documents involved, the complexity of the workflow, and the specific deliverables requested. Prices shown on the website are starting points and may vary depending on the details of your engagement.
2. Quotes and Confirmation
Before work begins, we confirm the scope and the applicable fee for your request. A request submitted through the website is an inquiry; a fee becomes payable only once the scope and terms are mutually confirmed.
3. Currency
All prices and fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Arrangements
Payment terms for each engagement are agreed with you in advance and may include payment before work begins, at defined stages, or upon delivery, depending on the nature and size of the request. We will communicate the agreed arrangement clearly for each engagement.
5. Taxes
Fees do not necessarily include any taxes that may apply to a transaction. Where applicable taxes apply, they may be added in accordance with the law. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your own business obligations. Quantra Link does not provide tax advice.
6. Changes to Scope
If a request changes after work has been confirmed, such as adding documents or expanding the review, the fee may be adjusted to reflect the additional work. We will discuss and confirm any change with you before proceeding.
7. Late or Outstanding Amounts
If an agreed payment is not received, we may pause or hold delivery of work until the matter is resolved. We will communicate with you to address any outstanding balance in a reasonable manner.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Because deliverables are prepared specifically for each client, charges may apply for work already completed.
9. What This Policy Does Not Cover
Quantra Link does not provide payment processing services, banking services, or financial services of any kind. This Policy describes only how fees for our consulting and documentation Services are quoted and arranged.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page with a revised date. The Policy in effect at the time of your engagement applies to that engagement.
