3. Cancellations Before Work Starts
If you decide to cancel a request before any work has begun, you may do so by contacting us. Where no work has been performed, we will generally not charge for Services that were not started, subject to any amounts already agreed for time already reserved or preliminary review.
4. Cancellations After Work Has Begun
If work has already started when you request a cancellation, charges may apply for the portion of the Service completed up to that point, including time spent on review, analysis, and any materials already prepared. We will explain any applicable amount clearly.

Where reasonable, we may offer to revise the deliverable to better match the agreed scope. Refunds, where appropriate, are considered based on the amount of work completed and the specific circumstances of the request.

- Where a request was based on inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us
- Where dissatisfaction relates to a business outcome, which we do not guarantee
- Where a cancellation is requested after a Service has been fully delivered
7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Quantra Link does not guarantee any particular business result. Our Services provide practical guidance and organized materials. A refund request cannot be based on the expectation of a specific outcome, growth, or revenue.
